A fast growing Conversion Optimisation (CRO) agency is looking for a frontend developer with experience creating tests in Optimizely, VWO, Convert or similar. This is a great opportunity to work on a wide variety of interesting websites and to develop a huge range of tests. We’ve test everything from simple page layouts to complete rebuilds of pages so no two tests will be the same!
What We Need:
* An experienced frontend developer – expert in JQuery, HTML, CSS and DOM manipulation
* Reliable and hardworking – you do what you say you will
* Easy to work with and good communicator – we know that delays happen and projects can be complex, but we need to know if work will be delayed
* You will build the split tests in our testing platform (usually Convert, Optimizely or VWO)
* Our tests are usually responsive so you’ll be responsible for QA of your tests on multiple browsers to ensure the site works correctly and pages display correctly
* 20-40hrs per week
About Us:
* We work with a huge variety of clients large and small worldwide, across multiple sectors
* We are experts at what we do and our tests are based on data and research to have the biggest impact
* We have a development background – so can provide detailed specifications and detailed debugging information to make your life easier!
* We work with interesting and varied clients – no two tests are the same
* We build interesting tests! If you like a challenge and solving problems, you’ll enjoy working with us.
* You’ll be a big part of a small team – we’re growing fast so if you can think of ways to do things better, please let us know!
How we work:
* We work using Asana in a Kanban approach
* We may need you to estimate rough sizing for each A/B test and support on any feasibility queries prior to development starting
* We will provide detailed test specifications and designs (PSDs) for each test
* We’ll keep in touch during the development process so that we know if there are any delays
* When you’ve built and tested the code, our QA engineer will carry out QA and let you know of any fixes
* We’ll let you know if the test wins!
How to apply:
Please answer the following questions in your cover letter:
1. Please describe a recent A/B test you built (screenshots or links are great, but not essential!)
2. What is your timezone and typical working hours
3. When are you available to start working with us?
